Yep. That's they DOJ is arguing for an order, not additional charges. Idk what this blog is on about. The agreement between Trump and the court may change, which would mean in the future outbursts similar to this could be criminal.
The idea is that Trump is starting to act irresponsibly and the DOJ wants the court aware so that the agreement can be adjusted to meet reality. Idk were jerkint off strawmen here.
