I'm usually indifferent about that but I will admit that the amount of content with completely shaved bodies is huge so bushes are always welcoming for diversity =D
But in general, I always respect it when someone makes specific additions to the model, it is obviously a sign of care about their works.

I always gotta give props when animators give their models a good bush, Dva is eating WELL
