Which will be ignored as the courts have no enforcement other than the very organization they're ruling against.
At the same time, the emigration of intelligent people is piling up.
Supreme Court could take these cases and agree with the students so that jurisprudence can turn this into law.
So, your quibble is the term "piling"?
There are at minimum 100s of cases being over turned or stayed.
That certainly fits the definition of "pile".
