It only reports Wesley snoring in "Evolution" and Worf snoring in "Redemption: Part 2". Searching for the keyword "snore" gave no useful results.
I believe there is some in Allegiance, Tapestry, The Inner Light, A Matter of Honor and All Good Things. Although it tends to be scenes that either start with him quickly waking up, or ending with him falling asleep.
