I'm pretty sure if you polled capitalist figures from the same period of time that these quotes are from, you'd find them saying almost the exact same thing.

These views are way more indicative of the time these men where born and raised in and way less about what economic system they espoused. The only difference is that because they were authoritarian dictators they had the ability to persecute minorities much more easily than in a democratic system.
