I like how "A lump in your neck" isn't preceded by "have a" like the rest of them. It's just a lump in your neck.

Can't get diagnosed with cancer if you never get checked!

It's like when I hear "Back in the days there was no cancer and no mental disorders". Like yeah, people just died randomly and behaved weird and were called possessed and stuff

They probably forgot to add the word ‘sore’ to throat. Happens to me quite often ;)
