Seems like a good upgrade for the day/night cycle and weather from beeing cosmetic in CS1 to something maybe a bit more realistic.
Hopefully the day/night cycles can be toggled on/off. I don't know why I dislike building during the night in CS1, but I do.
I hope there's at least some extra light added when you have any build tools active. I like how my cities look at night, but agree that building at night is a bit annoying.
I just hope the visual effects are a little more adjustable. I hate fog in cs1 I cant see a damn thing.
