Why would insurance even think of covering something like that? As if rape is just another cost of doing business... and not just any business, specifically God's business.

Yep. This is the so called church in a nutshell. They are a corporation masquerading as a religious institution and the membership is ever so slowly starting to realize that.

Doesn't really matter. The church has acquired enough tax free land that they'll be self sufficient for decades, if not centuries

Maybe Jeff Bezos will write an article about them and editorialize about "personal liberty". I have to keep posting this because every day another MAGA/lover - religious bigot or otherwise pretend upstanding community member is indicted or arrested or similarly cited for heinous acts against women and children.
