How easy is it to use Pathfinder Pawns Bases with your own printouts?
Do you need to buy Paizo's Pawns products or other specially-designed pawns on very thick jigsaw-puzzle-lock stock? Or can you print out anything yourself on a heavy (like, 200 or 300 gsm) card stock?
Basically, how thick does the printout need to be to stay stable and upright in a Pawns Base?
You can glue a few pieces of heavy card stock together to get the right thickness. Alternately, you can use a single sheet of card stock and use a binder clip for the base.
