The connection between BPD and C-PTSD.
I've found it interesting that BPD and C-PTSD both share very similar overlaps in symptoms. I've always found it difficult to understand the difference between the two. What do y'all think about that topic?

same here, im not even sure if I have c-ptsd, bpd or both
