Well, I won't post pictures but I just scratched my elbow, wrist and fingers. So... yeah I'm not ready to bomb down staircases yet but... I can't wait to cruse again as the weather keep on improving.

Just a warning post for others who like me are leaving the ice skate rink to the be hit bitumen again : it's rough! :D

Anyway, one potential helpful tip I only thought of right now : rough pavement, or bitumen, is like ice on the rink after 1 hour or more of usage whereas smooth pavement, e.g. marble, is closer to ice right after the Zamboni. Do with that what you want, enjoy!
