Her powers didn't make sense for famine, but they don't make sense for death either. Really it sounded like a version of the control devil. Controlling starving devils and stuff. Still never sat right. Maybe really death controls all devils? Still doesn't feel good.
Some people pointed out her earnings looked like scales, famine is supposed to be holding scales. The way she tilted her head a lot looked like she was balancing them.
