multi tool with a nail file AND pliers?
Title. I'd go for the leatherman micra but they have scisors instead of needlenose pliers like most multi tools and I haven't had any luck finding any myself :(

Is It crazy of me to suggest you just get nail files/emery boards and stash them everywhere

OP specified a nail file, and that has a wood/metal file.
I'm probably about the last person to ask about nail files, I'm not sure if it would do the trick in a pinch, but when I look at the wood and metal files I have around my workshop and at my wife's nail files, my files are mostly a lot more aggressive than a nail file.
It'll do, mostly. Just have to be slow and careful.

I have a Nextool mini flagship, that not only have a main tool pliers and a nail file, it also has main tool scissors. Unfortunately the nail file is useless. Expected for the price
Another Chinese brand that I can think of is Roxon. They have a few mini plred based multitools. I think they have files. Though I fail to remember specific models
How about a sog powerpint if you don't want a double headed pliers and scissors multi tool. It has pliers as the main tool and a file
