I usually read DW Europe

I like to use Euractiv

You can filter articles on Reuters by region.

This one is in German only unfortunately, but it is imho the absolute gem of a news site and I wish more sites would be like this:

Just straight up news, no distractions, no videos without text summaries. Straight news, no bullshit.

The financial times is a big one, mostly concerned with finance though.

Radio free europe is also kind of good, but I think it is sponsored by the US so maybe there can be some bias.

Not just a news outlet but I highly recommend the newsletters of the European Movement.
