Feel free, just make sure you start active. I see a lot of empty communities being opened around here. In my experience it doesn't take a lot to kickstart a community. Just a few pages of posts over a couple of days and a bit of advertisement. It's how I got [email protected] going.
That community is unmoderated and inactive. The r/unixporn mods said they have no relation to that community, so thats why imo we should open a new one.
