Extra maple butter tarts. I replaced the corn syrup with maple syrup, and the brown sugar with maple sugar. Maybe should have baked them a little longer to reduce the water content, but I think they turned out okay.
I've pretty much eaten the same thing every single day for I don't even know how long so that was the best dish I cooked last week. Can't go wrong with chicken and rice.

Spaghetti with heavy cream, garlic, parma, dill and tiger shrimps. 😋 no idea what to call that though
