Honest question, how does one tell without being arrested for obstruction of justice? Ask for ID?
If 2020 Portland was any indication, you're not going to get answers even if they are "legitimate".
You're not gonna get IDs when they pull you from your vehicle at gunpoint in front of your family.
The only acceptable response to ICE (real or impersonating) is to ensure they don't go home at night.
I'm genuinely surprised more of these hard to identify thugs haven't been legitimately shot dead in castle doctrine states.
