I am needing a Mac for testing HDAs that I am developing since they keep throwing errors when my boss tests them. I despise Apple as a corporation and will only use it for testing and compiling code, so it doesn't need to do anything but run Houdini, not looking to render nor sim on it, just open houdini and verify that the Python works.

I am looking at Macbook Airs since they are <200USD, but I need to verify that Houdini will even open on them.
