I made this last week, from this recipe, and it was delicious. My other half also enjoyed it and was nonplussed when I told her where I'd got the recipe from.
Only amends I can suggest, is to quickly stir-fry the veg in sesame oil and add some scrambled egg.
Would make again.

That is a good tip to stir fry the vegetables. The raw cabbage can be a bit much sometimes.
Gonna rewatch Blade Runner this weekend and try this with it!
I'm going to have to try this!
