The gist is he killed a serving girl for his lord because she was pregnant with the lords bastard. He describes her death (by bow) as lots of screaming unlike a deer which is quiet when you have a good kill shot.

That was a surprising conversation, but does it happen after the wedding or after you do all the poacher quests?
For me it was after the wedding since he says "thanks for keeping me from drinking, stop by my house later".
