No benefits. Probationary for the first year…
If it's part time, in the USA at least, it's common for there to never be benefits.
No access to healthcare? Sell out to the man... plot twist, it's impossible to sell out to the man when every job is part time in order to prevent having to provide benefits.
We also have flexi-time. Don't turn your phone off after 11pm.
