Hi there, I'm new on Lemmy and I would like to exchange some favourite online resources around dealing with narcissistic family members. I have many favourites on YouTube, many of whom are already well known. But I've found Jerry Wise's content to be extremely informative and validating and I don't see him get mentioned that often so I wanted to share his channel.
