Voice Intercom on Ethernet
Hi,
I'm looking a way to make or buy an intercom system between room in the same house. That works more or less like a Walkie-talkie but wired on the local LAN .
With the following "requirements"
- only voice
- push to talk ( do not need to dial )
- broadcast the voice too all receiver
- AC-powered
- work on the local Lan (Ethernet)
If you know any device that does that or a clever way to DIY or even an android app (LAN only)
I'm all ears.
Thanks

You could look into using esp32's for it. There's variants with copper ethernet and people have used them before to both act as voice assistant mics and to play back audio with Home Assistant. Real time stream audio reproduction might be too much for them but it's worth a spelunk if anyone has already gotten close enough.
Are you looking for two way audio? Or just transmitter to receivers only?
I've tried few android apps but none does what it claim
Two VoIP phones setup to hotline dial each other's IP address and auto answer on speaker?
A bit more information about what you're trying to achieve would be helpful.
