I had my annual review last week, and they told me they base their new hire workload goals on the amount of work I do. I'm happy to do my part in bringing down expectations!
You call it procrastination. I call it automation. If the work is done on its own, the boss doesn't need to know about that, as long as I'm submitting time reports regularly.
And my boss still says I'm one of the best on the team... 🤷🏼♂️

Just yesterday I got called out for this 😞 Going to have to actually do something now or they're bringing in HR. It's been a good three years lol
