Reading those bullet points, I gotta think Nemeth is overplaying his hand here. The idea that TK would blame Nemeth personally for Punk's departure, to the point of trying to blackball him, seems kind of absurd, especially considering that he wasn't involved in either the incident that led to Punk's suspension or the one that led to his firing, and the people who were involved in both incidents have been featured on television since. It doesn't even factually line up; Punk didn't leave, he was terminated.

Also, that first bullet point is the pettiest shit imaginable.

Reading through some of the stuff, it sounds like one of those ambulance chasing lawyers told him if he made a stink he would get paid off to just go away. I just don't see how he can win this, one side was a dick, the other side told him to poke at the dick until it erupted. Well he's a grown ass man, who should have known better than to rub a dick the wrong way.

Then he shows himself to be a massive douche canoe and claims that he is being blackballed and can never work in wrestling again.... while he... works as a wrestler in TNA. I feel like he's very lucky he has a more famous family member also working there, if it were my company I'd be inclined to bench him.
