Dang, do people actually like Gloom? I feel like I want enemies to spawn faster and run at me as quickly as possible so I can commit more war crimes per second. If I could get universal Speedva for free, I'd absolutely do it.
In basically every case, health conversion + eclipse is a better survival tool at 94~96% health DR and 87.5% shield DR. Pillage + max shield mods does level cap.
I also don't know why people still run Gloom as a survival helminth.
