Now that Sync is up and running: If you're looking to move your account from reddit to lemmy, this script may be of use for you :)
I made a script that "transfers" your reddit subs to lemmy by searching for communities with the same name and joining them.
I started working on this when I moved my main account/traffic from reddit to lemmy and with the help of some people I improved it and fixed some bugs.

This is awesome, thank you!
Hi does it or does anything else also work with multireddits? I put most subreddits into themed multireddits and only subscribed to a choice few!
You want to find subreddits from your multireddits on lemmy or create multi
redditslemmies on lemmy? If it's the first one, you can use the voyager app: https://m.lemmy.zip/settings/reddit-migrate
It's the first and that's exactly what I'd need, thankyou! :)
Did you figure out everything you needed? If not, let me know, it would be fairly easy to incorporate your multireddits in my script :)
You should share to ![email protected]
Exxxxxxcellent. Thank you for this.
