Help identify disguised tower?

Hey folks, I found this tower in Socal that's tagged as T-Mobile on the map, but walking around it, doesn't seem to broadcast T-Mobile or AT&T LTE as seen by my Pixel 4a.

Location: 33.6912733, -117.9781491

Currently tagged as eNBs 191435 and 96964 on CellMapper.

I'm wondering if this might be a Verizon or Dish setup? Or perhaps legacy of some sort? Any ideas?

Here's a photo of the base as well.

Edit: here's an album with more photos: https://imgur.com/gallery/ocEoS9O

Also, I looked at my CellMapper CSV history, and I saw this tower last year (2022) at this time (on vacation here) but this year (2023) I am walking all over the area and not seeing it. To me this suggests that perhaps it's gone to Dish.

I live in Ramona, CA; according to Google Maps, the location of this tower (some kind of park, judging from the photos) is about 1h 39m driving time from my home. I am contemplating the idea of driving there and using my handheld SA (spectrum analyzer) to see which portions of which cellular bands show the strongest signal, and then looking up corresponding FCC records (in ULS) to figure out which carrier it is. (This post should give you some idea of where and how I acquired the necessary skills and tools.)

The question is, would you (OP) appreciate me doing so? It says this post is 3 years old... I am a war-torn refugee from Reddit, and am currently going through some major trauma as a result. I was glad to see r/cellmapper replicated in the fediverse in the form of the present community, but am disappointed at how little activity there is.

As another aside, I would so love to meet another soul who is using Lemmy instead of Reddit - do you still live somewhere in this area? Perhaps we could actually meet right at your posted location, at the base of that tower?
