Original fuel and ignition though the fuel pump, lines, plugs, and other wear items are fairly new. I’m pretty sure that the boots from the intake manifold are not creating a good seal so more air than the MAF is counting is getting in. I’ll replace those and see if the issue persists.

What year is your ride? Has it still got the original ignition and fuel system? Cold start idle issues are usually fuel delivery/air mixture issues.
