Is this the one where it was suggested cyclists should slow down or dismount?
That's a bridge too far, based on how many times I've been near-missed in a crosswalk by a cyclerati running the light. I worry mixing plebes and our cyclist betters will give us some drama.
politely asking cyclists to dismount instead of building them dedicated infrastructure is the problem here. It's counter-intuitive design all to spare drivers from taking any of their space. It offloads all the conflict to vulnerable people outside of cars.
