Is it ok to talk about mods and ROMs here?

I've got my original PSP from the UK launch, and I revived it last year. I modded it, I think with CFW, and put copies of my existing games onto the memory card.
I'm guessing that it's not going to be ok to talk about downloads, but what's the score with talking about my own ripped games?
I think as long as you don't link to anything you should be fine but I am just another user
I misunderstood the title of your post and thought you were talking about modded ROMs lol
