What season/plant are you excited for? What's next on your forage list?
For me, ramps and morels! I know we still have a couple of months, but I'm already prepping my knowledge and researching my locations.

The only reason I look forward to summer is for goji/wolf berries.
Hopefully the mesquite beans mature before monsoon season. They were soaked early last year.
Lastly, but not least, prickly pears. I got permission to harvest some from a friend’s old house. Going to try some jelly this year.
