nibs spares
Hi. I have been delightfully using the go 10.3 for some time now. In a month or two the nib became very scraped off with my amount of writing. Then I inserted a new one from and 2-3 year old Boox tab ultra spares box. But that is too slick and I have lost the paper and felt pen like feel. Then I ordered from amazon the lamy nibs. Apparently they come in two options and I chose the one that was advertised as (paper like) feel. This one (https://www.amazon.nl/-/en/dp/B08M9LP3S2)
But it does not feel good. It's gliding more and not scratchy like a felt pen or pencil how the original one was....
Which nibs can I buy that feel more like the original? More paper pencil/felt like?
Lamy offers 2 or 3 options (PC/EL and POM). The POM ones, which it looks like what you purchased, are hard plastic and I anticipate this will wear more at the rate of an Apple Pencil tip, though its definitely a bit 'glidey'. The PC/EL ones I believe come in a narrow and wide tip do seem to break in after a bit, though I do feel like they wear faster than I like.
I'm brand new to eink, and am preferring the precision and low rate of wear on the POM, though I wish it had a bit more resistance/tactile feel.
I ended up buying from boox's own site and it.it advertised as felt like, and that gives the original feel that note series came with.
