Odds Beamer takes a swing at the handshake?

As for the Michigan-Alabama game earlier today, beating an Ohio State is obviously peak comedy (and my dad, a Michigan alum, says it was his favorite of the four-game streak), but it's almost funnier the second time that they beat a ranked team as 3-score underdogs without their best players

If Michigan played half as good at the beginning of the season as they have the end of it, they would probably be in the playoffs.

Both teams deserve to be out of the playoffs. They both had talent (more on Bama) but they were annoyingly inconsistent (esp. Mich).

I still would have chose Alabama ahead of Indiana, or SMU. They still may have lost, but it would have been a good game.

I don't disagree. Bama or Ole Miss would've been better. Both of them needed to get the wins against easier opponents and it cost them.

Penn State getting help from refs smh. Clear offensive pass interference. No call.

3

Thank goodness. I don't really care who wins, I just want it to be closeish through most of the game.

Feels like Boise needs to keep funneling the ball to other players than Jeanty (not because of his 2 fumbles but because Penn State's defense is glued onto him so he's a great decoy)

2

Yeah I don't want another blow out. It's absolutely been a big egg on CFB's face so far.

1

Boise has had 3 fumbles 2 lost already. They've just never played any of the tough physical teams. There is a talent discrepancy.

2

SMH. already 14-0 in 1st quarter. What was CFB thinking when they ranked Boise State this high?

1

Boise has a player from Germany and one from Egypt. Very interesting.

I wonder how much it cost Penn State to get the easiest path to the semi-finals in sports play off history.

2

I just hope this game isn't another blowout, buuuuut as I write this Penn State extends the early lead to 2 scores...

2

It's probably not going to get better, as the lack of size and depth starts to take effect.

You reached the end
