Typical, the truth finally comes out but far too late.
The damage is done. He did his job well and now will promptly be thrown under the bus.

Generous of you to assume that the people who needed to see or hear it would have done so
All the MAGA idiots will never hear about this and still think it's true.
Or, they will hear about it and think the “lamestream media” is lying.
Logically, the bribery scheme could still be true, even if this witness lied.
However the blanket pardon makes this point moot.
