Best application to host on my server to archive Reddit subs?
I would like to archive some for their useful info like r/selfhosted. Frequently find answers there

Great link, but OP is looking for an archive solution. I was looking for a self-hosted reddit client so great find!
Didn't look into it further, the project is new, maybe they add this as a feature if requested.
Lemmy itself and then run any of the importers I guess it would be really straightforward

Another solution comes to my mind. Why not using freshrss or alternatives and achieve sub's through RSS?
