Correction: Employees get punished for poor exec leadership

Yeah, I was going to say it's not their fault the company is doing badly. They should get their raises, and the execs should take the pay hit.

While executives continue to loot the coffers.

"As for new CEO Brian Niccol, his $23 million annual equity award is locked in."
