It so. Domino’s Japan has a corn & mayo pizza. Most pizza chains do.

Pizza Hut Japan has the Idaho Special: bacon, corn, mayonnaise, cheese and potato. It's honestly quite good.
Went to Asian market yesterday to pickup some stuff, and there's a whole section dedicated to mayonnaise.
They love their mayo.
I wish I could find the quote from Post Brothers Comics where one of the characters melts a jar of mayonnaise in the microwave and then offers it to his guest as a drink, ever the kindly host.
