You should consider using a password manager. Apple has a decent built-in one if you are in the Apple garden, or look into KeePass or Bitwarden otherwise.
The problem is that you forgot your sign in :) sometimes things will log you out - it’s not under your control. What you can and should do is save your logins someplace safe where you can always find them.

I'm still logged into other apps on my Android so idk what's the problem

Found my signin on my desktop autofill, account got banned, no reason provided and on reddit found out it was automated ai banwave
Whatever the reason, you should bot rely on a login session just staying open
