Anyone know how to build Lineage OS so that the bootloader can be relocked?
I am looking to replace the debug keys with custom keys in order to relock the boot loader. Has anyone done this? What do I need to do?

Why are you wanting to lock the bootloader? If you're trying to pass play integrity checks to use apps there's always magisk and the play integrity fix module.
I'm looking to help prevent physical attacks and to verify the integrity of the base OS.
You need a device that has a known way of implementing it. Nowadays only Pixels, Fairphones and maybe some other niche phones have it.
Also phones like the Motorola G52
