Does your browser have workspaces? Tab stacks? Tab tiles? Windows panel? Page capture? Sync? Custom themes with custom buttons? Web panels? Mouse gestures? Editable keyboard shortcuts?

No, you can not at this time. We know that is a feature some would like to have.
Personally I use standalone installs of Vivaldi instead.
@[email protected] Vivaldi is a pretty interesting browser. The missing feature for me is the full separation of workspaces - separate cookies, browsing history, preferences, pinned tabs etc. In the same way as Arc, Zen, and Firefox do.
Hope Vivaldi team implements that soon ✌️
