The thumbnail picture looks like they're all on meth
Michelangelo’s pizza addiction gatewayed me into harder drugs
Clicking through to the actual photo isn't much better. They look terrible...
It's to try to fit in with modern day teens.
Then they'd be mindlessly walking around with their phones in their faces.
No cap Master Splinter this karate is bussin.
I absolutely hate the art style they chose for this. Most non live action movies have looked awful/bland over the last few years.
I saw the trailer for this at a movie with my kid the other day. I thought it looked like an interesting new art style for it.
Maybe I’ll hate it in when I see the movie but for now I’m positive on it.
This art style is far from bland. "Most non live action movies", just in the last year: puss in boots, spider man? We see more and more animated movies that try to not mimic the Pixar look and it's been great.
No, it's not bland. But it falls into the awful category for me at least. That's two appealing movies out of how many? A lot of these new movies have amazing detail but no soul. Pixar has had no joy for years.
I do really hope PiB and Spiderman inspire more studios to put effort into their kids movies.
Will they bite into a manhole cover thinking it's a pizza in this one?
