I'd bring the wolf, and I'd have the dragon fly next to me, have them fly back with me when I have to go get the fox.

If it's not permitted to have the dragon fly next to me, then I can't bring any of them and would have to look for another way across, wouldn't be wise to leave any of them alone with each other, since they'd fight or get into trouble.
