checking in/ crash incoming
Hello all, checking in to see how y'all are doing. I've had a few good daysbunt now I'm stupidly pushing a fatigue flare back to help a young family member before he goes home. Crash is incoming next week, a day or two after the kid leaves.
Careful with alcohol it makes my pain threshold go down for days. Hope you feelbetter soon.
I too feel like a crash is impending, but it’s paired with menstrual and medication symptoms and I can’t tell what is what. I want to go back to cannabis, but it’s been 28 days without and I would like to stay that way.
Fatigue flares suck, but I understand pushing through to live up to others needs. hug
