Your hands are invariably shaky, the more you zoom the less light your camera captures, this means longer exposure and blurred noisy photos.3Reply

Oh damn, you're right. When I made that guide phones with multiple lenses were not a thing, yet.
Even with those phones with fancy expensive optical zoom cameras, it's always better to move yourself closer to the subject than to use zoom.
