TC went down from 500k to 250k next year due to 4y cliff and amazon changes in comp. Single income family with 2kids living in San Jose. Promo unlikely to happen next year. Should I leave. I havent done leetcode in many years.
Life pro-tip: understand when your RSUs vest and don't count on them as ongoing income.
