If anyone stumbles upon this with an actual need to remove cyanoacrylate glue from skin, acetone nail polish remover will do it very quickly. It's not great for you over the long term, but it's safe enough for occasional use. Just keep it way the hell away from ABS plastic.

Among many options available the fastest solution would be to place your hands into the antimatter field.
Let O'Brien transport your hands away. Or just the glue, I guess.
