I can't fathom what kind of idiot would risk the whole project for the sake of the lamest "joke" ever and why the fuck everyone else just let this happen.

They were able to engineer and build a hopping propulsion system, but none of them realized the cheese would cause flight instability?
they didn’t realize the instability would be a huge issue for their rcs to overcome. in the end they actually learned more about the capabilities of their system because of the cheese!
