Cruz should receive whatever penalty exists for inciting violence/harassment against a minor, because that's what he's doing. Not only is he bullying teens from a position of power, he didn't even do so competently given neither cis girl is transgender.

To be fair, the fact that he was born in Canada was only relevant when he ran for president.

To be more fair, though, Ted Cruz is an abomination that should not be in any position of public trust given that he can only be trusted to be the absolute WORST at any given moment.
