I would kill for that much garage space in something less generic looking.
I live in a sort of wealthy area and this guy has a barn with his Ferraris in it. Barn definitely looks pretty good too.
id absolutely adore all the workspace itd open up but the house just looks atrocious the way theyre set up
It looks like an extended stay hotel.
Laminate flooring, boring carpeting, home depot tiles, backsplashes and cabinets... 1.8 million doesn't give you a lot.
Who would buy this?
Even better, they custom built this which means they actively chose it. They are mock-ups of this exact same angle and thought “yeah, that looks fantastic!”
This whole area of Colorado is new, cheaply built McMansions for 500-800k with nothing to justify it.
I a part of the state that has no real redeeming value other than the fact that is close to Boulder and Denver.
It’s also full of a fun mashup of the worst people. The tech bros who think Boulder is too liberal and want something rural and the rural folks who have lived there forever and hate everyone from the cities

Bad taste and terrible design are universal!
And that house's design is no worse than any other house's design.
